DOWNTOWN VANCOUVER INVESTMENT CONDOS

Here are some good potential investment properties, I’ve selected them for being in good quality and rentable buildings, well priced, somewhat unique in design so you can attract higher-paying tenants.

Few notes:

310 - 289 E 6th Ave, "Shine" is the smaller nice condo near Main Street in a 3 year old building.  The unit has a good layout, well constructed, and high ceilings. Very popular area close to Breweries, Restaurants, shops and more.  Main Street has become very attractive for new city dwellers. Well priced at $575,000

1903 - 1133 Hornby St, is a brand new modern building near Saint Pauls, close to One Wall Centre.  Nicely constructed with high-end finishing.

1206 & 1401 1028 Barclay St, “Patina,” the building,  is a modern condo tower right behind the Butterly building coming, the quality is very good, only 7 years old, and with the nearby high-end developments happening in the next 3-5 years, there should be some appreciation to be had.  I often recommend this building for its quality and design, I've sold 6 units at Patina, see this link: https://www.albrighton.ca/patina-1028-barclay-st

506 - 1225 Richards St, “Eden” is right in Yaletown, its slightly older at 14 years old, but built by Bosa, extremely well kept and updated.  This location always rents gets high rents.

507 - 546 Beatty St, is a unique loft with 14’ ceilings, parking, and a tenanted who’s already there paying a bit low at $2150 per month.  The 5th floor suites are special as they have views and high ceilings.  We don’t have interior photos yet, but this was a 2-bed unit next door we sold last December (same design and finishing but a 1 bed);  https://www.albrighton.ca/property_details-3-123089.html
I've made 7 sales in this building, here is some further building info:  https://www.albrighton.ca/546-beatty-st

304 - 1001 Richards St, is a basic but good quality 2-bed in Yaletown.  Its well priced and could probably go lower as its unsold after 1 month, the cheapest better 2-bed, 2 bath Downtown, for $849,000.

There's other air-conditioned nicer 2-bed in Kits I spoke about, will come out later this week, I should have the listing details and photos ready for tomorrow.
